The V-shaped mixer is a commonly used equipment for mixing powder and granular materials. It is named so because its body is in the shape of a V. By using the rotation of the V-shaped cylinder, the material alternately undergoes separation, convergence and flipping within the cylinder, achieving uniform mixing. Working Principle
The working principle of the V-shaped mixer is to utilize the rotation of the cylinder body and its special structure to drive the material to move in multiple directions, achieving uniform mixing. When the cylinder body rotates, the material rises along the wall and then falls due to gravity, being asymmetrically divided by the V-shaped branch pipes; subsequently, the materials from the two pipes periodically converge and intersect at the bottom; through the process of rising, falling, dividing, and converging repeatedly, the material is continuously stirred and diffused, reducing dead corners, and ultimately achieving efficient mixing, suitable for powders and particles with good fluidity.
